Born around the shipyards of Scorpia, Andi has always been a scrapper. While her parents were toiling away in the factories, building some of the fleet's biggest and baddest ships, Andrea was off getting into trouble. She's what you'd consider a tomboy, hence the shortening of her name into something obviously masculine. Growing up with scraped knees, an interesting vocabulary, and a penchant to spit when angry, she's your typical troublemaker.
Its a wonder the girl even made it to highschool, but she eventually did, with a little bit of prodding and whole lot of summer school. That's where she met Jarred Rellik, likely the only reason she didn't flunk out and go to work in the shipyards herself. The two of them became fast friends, and that's where she learned Pyramid could be played on a proper court, instead of a back alley.
The idea of college was a joke to Andi, never really setting a major and just sort of floating through classes. The only reason why she made it to higher education is the fact that the shipyards offered an incentive program for children of the workers, and she didn't want to let her folks' hard work go to waste. She'd skip class to play ball, roll in late for tests, and barely maintained a GPA worthy of graduating.
At least all that time on the court paid off, when she was offered a position on the Scorpia Stinger's Farm Team along with her best bud in the world, Jarred. The two of them where shipped out to the Carina for a bit of training before they started their careers as professional Pyramid players. Then, of coures, tragedy struck. Now all she has left, is the court and her friend.
